GYM BASED PROGRAMS

All gym based programs utilize a wide array of equipment found at any well equipped gym or health club.

You should expect your program to include exercises that require your own bodyweight and supportive tools such as a physioball to more advanced movements that require dumbbells, barbells, cables, and machines.

HOME BASED PROGRAMS

We create home based programs in 3 tiers that depend on available equipment.

Tier 1 - These programs are simple and require only a set of resistance bands though a mat and physioball are also suggested.

Tier 2 - These programs require minimal equipment. You will need dumbbells, an adjustable bench and a simple set of resistance bands. A mat and physioball are suggested but not required. The more choices for dumbbells, the better. An adjustable dumbbell set would be a great option for home based programming.

Tier 3 - These programs require the same equipment listed above but also include exercises using barbells, plates and a rack.

TRAVEL PROGRAMS

These short supplemental programs require only a set of resistance bands and are designed to be used when away from your regular routine and a gym or other equipment may not be available.
