Iron Oak Fitness is extremely energetic and fun to work out with. The workouts are challenging, but always conscious of ability. They are always focused on ensuring proper form in order to minimize the risk of injury and maximize results.
We have specific joint issues that we needed to avoid aggravating (shoulder and knee) and my trainer had no problem designing workouts that minimized any strain on those areas.
