Fitness/Meditation Specialist

Brent has spent a number of years studying a variety of fitness and health modalities. In 2000 Brent graduated from The Virginia School of Massage Therapy where he studied techniques including myofascial release, sports massage, and the Alexander Technique.

Soon after graduating Brent began a solitary backpacking trip discovering Alaska and the islands of Hawaii before settling in San Francisco where his exploration of yoga began to take root. He practiced in various studios and styles across the city before discovering a deeper experience in the Iyengar tradition. Iyengar Yoga, with it's rigid expression of posture and alignment further evolved his understanding and appreciation of form and function of movement. Upon returing to the east coast, Brent's practice grew in a more meditative direction. In 2009 he graduated from the Integral Yoga Academy with certifications in meditation, pranayama (breath work), and hatha yoga.

Throughout his experiences, his passion for traditional strength training and exercise continued to grow and in 2010 Brent received his personal training certification through Personal Training Academy Global, a world class organization recognized as one of the top in the industry.  

Brent currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina where he continues to learn and share his experience bringing lasting transformation to his clients through education and personal empowerment.
